If you're headed to Super Bowl XLIX in Phoenix this year, you're probably not thinking about the TV commercials you'll miss. But the NFL rolled out its first ever Super Bowl in-stadium app on Monday that will allow ticketholders to experience the game just like those watching back home on the couch.
The Super Bowl Stadium App, born out of an NFL partnership with Verizon, will give Super Bowl attendees within the University of Phoenix Stadium stadium in Glendale, Arizona, the ability to watch commercials and instant replays from four different camera angles (with the ability to zoom and pause) and access the venue's seating and concession maps.
