'Even if they kill 10 of us, the newspaper will go out next week'

Charlie Hebdo will be published next week with more cartoons despite 10 employees being killed Wednesday, says former employee of the French satirical newspaper Caroline Fourest.


In an interview with ABC News Australia , Fourest said current and former employees would do whatever it takes to get the next edition of Charlie Hebdo on the newsstand



Multiple gunmen raided the offices of the newspaper in Paris on Wednesday, storming an editorial meeting at the publication. They shot 10 journalists and cartoonists dead, along with two police officers. The magazine is renowned for its highly controversial cartoons, including caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad, often causing great offense to some Muslims. Read more...
