Based on our early look during the presentation, the app is focused on delivering organization along visuals to make photo browsing and distribution as easy as possible, particularly in mobile situations
On the organization side, the Photos app aggregates all of your pictures (on your device and those on OneDrive) and offers a Collection view that sorts out photos that may have been taken during burst mode, as well as those that are accidental duplicates. Read more...
