A 20-year-old British hacker who was once jailed for publishing former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair's personal details, is said to be the leader of the group behind the hack of CENTCOM's Twitter account on Monday
Investigators believe the hacker, whose real name is Junaid Hussain, heads up the "Cyber Caliphate," a hacking group that supports the Islamic State, and is responsible for multiple hacks on Twitter accounts, according to Reuters. It's unclear, however, if Hussain was personally involved in hacking the Twitter account of CENTCOM, a U.S. organization that oversees military operations in the Middle East. Read more...
