The state of Massachusetts is working to restore power for tens of thousands after a snowstorm hammered New England

While the worst of the storm missed some of the East Coast — and ended up causing far less snowfall than had been projected — Massachusetts was not as lucky. Some areas of the state have already reported more than two feet of snow
Boston received 11.8 inches of snow. Logan Airport remains closed, with few signs that it would be able to open soon
