Local police cars can be seen chasing a man who is riding a shopping trolley in New Zealand in an interesting high-speed police chase caught on video
The 29-second footage, shared on Facebook by The LAD Bible , shows the man getting up some serious speed as he flies down Queen Street, Auckland. The crowd can be heard cheering the culprit on, as a police car does a U-turn to try to catch him.
The video has been viewed on Facebook more than 4.5 million times since it was posted on Jan. 13. It does not reveal the identity of the trolley rider.
Auckland City district road policing manager Regan James told Fairfax Media the stunt was not a joke and could put people at risk. Read more...
