North Korea suffered another Internet outage

Jong-un

North Korea suffered another Internet outage on Saturday, less than a week after another interruption — believed to have been caused by an external attack — left the country without online access for more than nine-and-a-half hours.

Xinhua News Agency, a state-run media outlet in China, reported the outage, which impacted North Korea's Internet and 3G cell phone network

Dyn Research confirmed Saturday's outage, which lasted more than five hours
