The Interview has been pirated approximately 900,000 times in the first 24 hours after it appeared on various torrent sites, Variety reports.
The report quotes piracy-tracking firm Excipio, which claims the movie has been downloaded by 904,237 clients at around 4 p.m. ET Thursday
And TorrentFreak said late Thursday that by their count, the movie has been downloaded 750,000 times in its first 20 hours on torrent sites
